Payment methods:

To ensure complete security for the consumer, the payment of the purchased merchandise is established the following 2 payment systems:

– Payment by Credit Card (Stripe):Online payments are made through a secure server, where the data travels encrypted. The secure server is from Stripe that collects credit card data and makes the payment. Therefore, we neither handle nor store them.

– PayPal: a form known worldwide for its safety and comfort.

Delivery and shipping time:

  • The delivery times indicated are for guidance, although the usual delivery time is 24-48 hours (working).
  • The commitment acquired for the sale and dispatch of the merchandise offered, is subject to the stock of the advertised product and the availability of the same until the end of stock, so Aristegui Maquinaria, S.L. in its commitment to quality and customer service, tries at all times that the advertised products are available. However, if there are exceptional circumstances that cause the end of stocks of the product, the order and the contract signed between the parties, will be null and void by virtue of this resolutory clause, returning fully to the customer in case of prepayment the amounts paid for it, without proceeding in favor of any of the parties compensation for breach of contract, consequential damage or loss of profits.
  • Arístegui Maquinaria, S.L. will not send any order until it verifies that the payment of the same has been made.
  • Although orders are usually delivered within a period of between 1 and 2 days, an approximate period of between 1 to 5 working days is established for the effective delivery of the purchased product, a period that will begin to be counted from the moment Arístegui Maquinaria becomes aware of the payment of the product made by the client.
  • The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of contracting by the customer. The subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer may generate additional expenses on the sale price and transport.
  • The order will be delivered at the main entrance of the place indicated by the customer and a signature and the N.I.F. will be needed to collect the goods.
  • The maximum period to make the claim to the carrier is 24 hours in the event that a damaged and / or damaged product arrives, by means of a claim via email to the email address am@arístegui.info or to the customer service telephone number 93.586.29.40. Those 24 hours are the ones that the transport insurance gives to claim the incident.
  • The product purchased may suffer, due to the availability of the manufacturer, non-substantial modifications in the components, characteristics or performance, as long as they do not suppose a demerit of the qualities and benefits advertised.

Returns:

  • -In accordance with the provisions of article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, the customer will have the right to revoke the requested order within seven working days after receipt of the same, prior communication to Arístegui Maquinaria, S.L. as long as the tool or machine returned is not used or manipulated and is in perfect condition for subsequent sale as a new item including its original packaging tools and instructions for use.
  • The return will have a charge of € 10 for management and shipping costs of the machine, so the customer will receive the payment of the amount paid except these € 10.
  • In the event that the good is patently used and will therefore suffer a commercial devaluation when remarketed as a “used product”, the value will be reduced. The same will happen in case of lack of the original packaging or its integrity, a condition that will force us to ask the producer to repurchase it and replace it.
  • The customer will send the goods with their own carrier to the logistics structure of our company Arístegui Maquinaria S.L., within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. The shipping costs of the return will be borne by the customer.
  • The responsibility for the shipment until the acknowledgment of receipt in our warehouse will be the customer. Therefore we advise you to insure the shipment against theft, loss or damage of transport (we will be responsible for the one-way transport, but we cannot assume responsibility for the return transport that we do not arrange).
  • After receiving the goods, we will refund the customer the full amount of the transaction (except for the limitations in the previous points and possible additional expenses), within 7 days from the date of receipt of the return of the goods, using, the same payment method chosen by the customer, except in special cases.

Guarantee:

  • Warranty is 1 year on defective components
  • The guarantee of the products sold by Arístegui Maquinaria, S.L. is provided and established exclusively by the technical services of our manufacturer brands or failing that by our own technical service, with more than 25 years of experience in the sector.
  • To manage the guarantee it is necessary to present a purchase invoice.
  • The guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery and / or acceptance of the order.
  • The warranty will be invalidated if the product has been handled incorrectly.
  • The warranty will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as voltage rises or falls, use of inappropriate accessories or prohibited by manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by the manufacturers, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

Clause obtaining consent when collecting customer data

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into a file of Aristegui Maquinaria, S.L. in order to carry out administrative, accounting and fiscal management.
By accepting this clause, we inform you that you give your consent to receive commercial communications about our products and / or services and that your data may be transferred to our third party suppliers, in order to send you directly to your home the purchase made, and / or perform the necessary technical or maintenance service.
