MegaMac2065 machines fuse pipes of sizes from 20″ DE to 65″ DE (500mm to 1600mm) at the ends. Designed for the largest pipe applications, this machine has been used worldwide as large diameter polyethylene pipe projects grow across industries.
The MegaMac2065 allows end fusion of most connectors without special brackets. Mitered inserts are available for bending. McElroy’s unique semi-automatic control system requires only one operator. Hydraulic power helps all fusion functions, including the entire operation of jaws, pipe elevators, heater and fronter.
