The Poly 110P is a machine for socket welding (also called plug melting or polyfusion) of PP and PE tube and fittings.
It features a heating mirror with two types of temperature control, ensuring greater accuracy during the welding process.
The bushings of different sizes (16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90 and 110mm) are coated with PTFE (they meet all European standards, including DVS 2208-1).
The movement of the machine is hydraulically operated through a lever and the V-shaped clamps allow to hold all kinds of tubes regardless of the brand.
